Weekly - $1500.00 - $2100.00
Nightly - $225 Minimum 3 nights (September 15 - May 14)
Nightly - $275.00 Minimum 4 nights (May 15 - September 14)
3 month - winter rental $3300.00 per month - this includes utilities & cable
6 month - winter rental $3000.00 per month - this includes utilties & cable
Holday rates available upon request
Security Deposit $750.00
Cleaning Fee $150.00
To reserve a townhouse contact our office (M-F 8AM to
11AM)or email us. 50% deposit required upon booking. 14 days prior to
arrival, balance plus tax plus security deposit is due. Cancellations less
than 14 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable.
