You can enjoy sunbathing by the pool or on the deck surrounded by tropical flowers and plants.  
Private backyard with boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Free for you to use if you would  
like to have a boat! 60" plasma TV, DVD, CD player in family room.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 May - October ........ $1,300 / week 
2008 November ............. $1,400 / week 
2008 December ............. $1,600 / week 
2009 January - April ...... $1,600 / week 
 
Add 20% for Easter and Christmas weeks. 
 
All rentals are subject to a refundable security deposit of $700.00 
and 11% Florida taxes. Renter pays electric bill. Cleaning fee is $150.00.   
Fifty percent of rent due upon signing of the lease.  Balance due  
30 days prior to occupancy date.
