Vacation Rental Description

The 1000 square foot apartment is located on Lombard Street, just 2 
blocks from “The World’s  
Crookest Street”. When I walk outside the apartment and up Lombard I 
am constantly tickled by the  
people that come from all over the world to walk on the street and 
drive down Lombard.  The  
Apartment is in the best neighborhood in The City with great weather. 
 Russian Hill is 3 blocks from  
Fisherman’s Wharf, cable cars, and a short 5 minute walk to The 
Marina, Chrissy Field (Golden Gate  
Bridge), near the beach and Union Street.  Polk Street is the main 
shopping district in my  
neighborhood.  Polk Street is filled with terrific shopping; including 
women’s fashion, antiques,  
home decorating, incredible (some of the best!) restaurants, coffee 
shops, local wine merchants, and  
so much more.  As for The Apartment, It is located on the third floor 
(technically 4th) with  
elevator access.  The property is well maintained by a full time staff 
and is extremely clean.  The  
Apartment has views of Cathedral Hill and is very bright and sunny 
during the day.  Pets welcome on  
an individual basis and this could be an option but not guaranteed. 
I’m sorry but this is a non- 
smoking apartment. If you like boutique hotels and excellent locations 
you will fall in love with  
this apartment.  You will be traveling and living like a local.

Vacation Rental Rates

1 week rental @ $1400.00 (includes 7 nights/ 8 days) 
$275 a night if less than a week. 
Additional Days: $225 weekday and $275 weekend/ $325holidays 
 
Security Deposit of $500 required. 
Cleaning Fee $85.00/ $150 w/ pets 
Additional charge for more than 2 people 
Holiday Rental; Higher rates apply for renting the apartment during 
these peek holiday times.

The apartment is decorated and supplied with many tasteful luxuries.  
You will be very happy with  
the open floor plan, location, decor, cleanliness and organization.  
The apartment is the ideal

traveler and typically stay in small luxury and boutique hotels this 
apartment is the perfect
