Oceanfront Condo at 2080 Ocean Drive in Hallandale

2080 Ocean Drive is on the Atlantic Ocean in Hallandale Beach, just
north of the multi-million dollar homes of Golden Beach. The location
is minutes from world class shopping at Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour
as well as Gulfstream Park and the restaurants and night spots of
Hollywood and Aventura. Downtown Miami and South Beach are but 20-30
minutes away.

The condo is 15 minutes or less from the Fort Lauderdale Airport,
Port Everglades and the Hollywood Amtrak and Tri-Rail train station.

Our unit has two bedrooms, each with its adjoining bathroom, a living
room, dining area, kitchen and outside balcony. There is a beautiful
ocean view from each room and the balcony.

The building has valet parking, 24 hour security and concierge, a
magnificant lobby and a business center with internet access. There
is a direct private entrance to the ocean beach, a large heated
swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court as well as a fitness and

outside balcony.

range, stainless steel oven and microwave, a multi cycle dishwasher
and is fully furnished with dishes and utensils. A washer and dryer

The bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. The Master bedroom has a
king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The Master
bedroom has a large walk in closet and a TV. Each bedroom has its own
bathroom with a ceramic tile floor and marble countertop.

This is a "no smoking, no pets" unit.

Direct access to Atlantic Ocean beach as well as use of large pool,
Jacuzzi and fitness center. Aventura, Hollywood and Gulfstream Park
are nearby. The location is a short drive from countless activities
