Vacation Rental Description

The PGA Village is an incredible golf destination, with loads of 
others activities close by. The 3 on property, PGA run courses 
include the Ryder & Wannamaker courses, both Tom Fazio designs and a 
Pete Dye masterpiece. There are an incredible variety of other 
local, daily fee courses available for play, sure to satisfy even 
the most die hard golfer!
The PGA Learning Center is a HUGE, all turf practice facility unlike 
any other, including sand bunkers, putting greens, and pitching 
areas.
This unit is an efficiency style property, including 2 Queen beds, 
dining / work table, closet, color television, phone with unlimited 
local calling, bar sink / refrigerator / microwave / coffee pot / 
cabinetry, and a full ceramic bath. Unit also has access to washer 
and dryer and is situated on a street backing to the Dye Golf course 
at PGA Village.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The community features an incredible, beach entry pool and jacuzzi 
just a short walk away. Golf courses are on property and many more 
just a short drive away, don't miss the PGA Learning Center on 
property + shops and restaurants + Tradition Field (home of Mets 
spring training and Farm team). 

Activities and Attractions

The activities available in the area are limitless:
-PGA Village is just 1 hour North of Palm Beach International airport
-Beaches and fishing in Hutchinson Island is just 30 minutes away.
-Palm Beach is about 30 minutes south.  
-Miami is 2 hours south  
-Orlando is 2 hours north.
-West Palm Beach offers: "City Place" - an outdoor shopping and 
dining experience, "Downtown" - a brand new area, a great public 
zoo, waterfront dining, the Flagler museum, Worth Ave featuring high 
end shops.
-Vero Beach is 30 minutes North and offers an outlet Mall and more 
shops, dining, and attractions.
There are several restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a movie theater, 
and all of the conveniences just minutes away in the Saint Lucie 
West area, a thriving new community.

10/01/08 - 12/31/08 -----------------$500 / week or $1200 / month
