dining ,breakfast,lunch and dinner.Room service is avaiable.A patio with fire pit replaces the
mini golf.This is a great area to enjoy the ocean breeze when the air turns cool.Visit with new

A day spa will be open soon.The amenities provided are the
reason we bought here!The new management has been upgrading all common areas to be a first class
resort.Live music at pool side weekends weather permitting.This unit is an end king size unit
located on
the 12th floor.It is ocean and river view.There is a small balcony
but the view is beautiful even from the dining table.The kitchen
area has a full size frig.2 burner smooth cook top,full size
micro.Dishes,glassware,silverware,pots& pans are provided.There is a
king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa.There is 1 tv and 2
dressers.The bathroom is spacious and
modern.Towels are provided-we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Ormond By The Sea listed in 2
bed. section lower on listings.

Hotel has indoor heated pool,2 jacuzzies,work-out room and sauna.The
outdoor area is beachfront.There are 2 heated pools,1 kiddie pool
with mushroom waterfall .There is a tikik bar
for your refreshment needs.The restaurant is now open for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Pool towels are located by the pool
area.There are laundry areas.There is shopping and dining across the
street at The Bellaire Shopping Mall.The hallways are clean,well lit
and attractive-also no waiting for elevators
