Sands Ocean Club! It has an outstanding reputation for being the  
most fun and exciting resort in Myrtle Beach. Including, Ocean  
Annie’s, the area’s most popular outdoor beach bar with live music,  
tropical drinks, and a great time had by all. With an  
incredible view of the coast, this condo unit is very popular among  
guest. The unit has two double beds, a fully equipped kitchenette,  
full bath, and private balcony. Guest are invited to use the owners  
lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

✓    Non-smoking Condo. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony. 
✓    Renters must be 25 years of age. 
✓    In case of property damage, the owner must be notified at the  
time of accident. Theft damage will be the renter's responsibility. 
✓    Fully Refundable Security Deposit of $80.00 is required. 
✓    Reservations can be made with a 25% deposit. 
✓    Taxes not included.
