quality living along the Biscayne Bay. The Icon is a forty story  
high masterpiece that overlooks the Biscayne Bay. Enjoy a latte with  
friends at the coffe & tea bar, or dine in style at a table  
overlooking Biscayne Bay. You can also relax in style in the heated  
front lap pool or the whirpool spa. 
We offer a beautifull totally furnishedand equipped 2 bedroom and 2  
bathroom apartment (washer-dryer in unit). It has a king size bed  
and jacuzzi in the master bedroom and bathroom. In the second  
bedroom it has a queen size bed and the second bathroom. There's  
also a leather couch and a L shape couch. Three plasma TV's included  
(two 42 inch and one 50 inch) and wireless internet.

Beach/South Beach will easily range from $600 to over $2000 per  
night. This is your  
opportunity to have all the same comforts and amenities for a mere  
fraction of the cost! 
 
June through November - Low Season - Rate is $400 per day (minimum  
of 3 day stay), $2000 for one week and $3500 for 2 weeks. 
 
December through May - High Season - available daily for a rate of  
$500 per night, with a minimum of a three day stay. 
Rate is $3000 for 1 week.
