4 large bedrooms and a sun room with
ocean glimpses upstairs.  
2 bathrooms, master upstairs with separate
soaking tub and European shower and vanity.  
Kitchen, dining room and large living room 
branch from a central foyer with a 
fireplace. The downstairs bathroom also has a shower. 
Sun room entry porch with
wicker furniture.  Washer and Dryer in separate laundry.  
Deck with barbecue grill in the back yard, large front yard with
beautiful landscaping.  

Fully furnished.  All linens and towels, dishes, utensils included.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Up on the hill with summer glimpse views of Penobscot Bay.  Close
enough to town, but not in the traffic crunch.  Walking distance to
downtown Rockland - galleries, restaurants, cinema, coffee shops...
and a short drive to many local amenities.
4 large bedrooms and a fifth private space for an aero-bed (supplied,)
sleeps 10, with a queen (sleep number mattress), double, two singles
which can be brought together, single bunk beds, a queen size pull out
couch, and single aero-bed.

Activities and Attractions

Galleries and Museums - Rockland is garnering a reputation for its
museums and galleries.
The Farnsworth Art Museum is a highly regarded museum
with three generations of Wyeth artist works, an impressive collection
of 19th and 20th century American artists and interesting local
collection. There are many other fine galleries of local, island and
national artists clustered within a few blocks of downtown Rockland.  
Wednesday nights are gallery nights and draw a wonderful crowd.

Enjoy everything the surrounding towns have to offer within a short
drive - the beaches of Owls Head and Camden, shopping in Rockland and
Camden, Rockland, Goose River and Samoset Resort Golf Clubs, Lakes
Chickawaukie and Megunticook, boat launches in Rockland and Rockport
and the wonderful Lobster, Boat and Blues festivals that come to the
Penobscot Bay region throughout the summer months.  

The Owls Head Transportation Museum has a wonderful selection of
planes trains and automobiles to delight the young and old.  They
conduct regular weekend events which are open to the public and
attended by local, national and international enthusiasts. A great
place to take the kids on a foggy day!

You can take a ferry to the islands that dot the horizon - Vinalhaven,
North Haven, Monhegan, Matinicus or Islesboro.  

Kayaking and Canoeing is possible with rentals and tours both in
Rockland Harbor or from the local outfitter store. 

Take a sail on a schooner from Rockland or Camden Harbor for a day or
a week!  Or charter your own boat, sail or power, to cruise the bay on
your own (ask us to refer you to our friends who run Bay Sailing).


Hike the Camden Hills and other local trails.

All rates subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax, $100 cleaning fee, $500
security deposit and 1/2 of booking fee at time of booking. 
Saturday-Saturday rentals.  Visa and Mastercard accepted.
