Welcome to "Cottage by the Sea"- an ideal place for rest, relaxation
and romance.

Imagine a place that feels so far off the beaten path you can still
feel the spirit of "Old Hawaii" gracing the rooms of this charming
cottage.

It is simple yet perfect, complete with all the details that make a
place truly comfortable.  The cottage is decorated with many personal
touches, tropical and artistic with its own unique feeling.

The location is ideal, in a residential country setting and only about
150 yards from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (in
2001 National Georgaphic named it one of the most beautiful baches in
the world!).

The cottage is nestled in a large, tropical garden filled with banana
and papaya trees, colorful flowers and the fragrant aroma of plumerias
floating on the ocean breeze.  Birdsong and the sound of the ocean
surf fill the garden with its own special music.

A cool and romantic bedroom features a high quality, comfortable queen
size bed with a bamboo ceiling fan.  Beautiful island art creates a
sensual and very Hawaiian type of ambience.
An additional queen size bed in the living room can accommodate
family groups or extra friends.

The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, with island counter and
seating that divide the kitchen from the living room. 
Delicious ocean breezes and four ceiling fans keep the space cool and
refreshing, and there is air conditioning available as well.

A great cottage has to have a great front porch.  Here you will find a
spacious (partially covered) lanai with a table for dining and a
comfortable sofa ideal for reading a book and gazing out at the
beautiful mountain views.  After a tropical rain, cascading waterfalls
all along the mountain range will take your breath away!

Enjoy another outdoor dining area in the private back garden and 
barbecue up a feast with fresh fish just caught by the local fishermen. 
Then lay back in the hammock~~~
just perfect for star gazing at night and lounging under the endless
summer sun.
