equipped with a spacious and airy feeling. The gated Beachwalk
complex has a very nice layout with clubhouse, exercise room, hot
tub, heated pool, sandy lakeside beach, volleyball, and public room
(like a real large and nice living room). The condo balcony
overlooks the lake looking and the clubhouse 200 yds away. The unit
is the larger of two one bedrooms sizes available. Recently built,
the complex is located at the fork in the road to both Sanibel
Island and Ft. Myers Beach (exactly 5 miles straight shot to the
beach). It is a quiet and very relaxing environment. There is no
elevator in the 3 story building.
