Beautiful Swiss-Style Log Guest House in New Meadows

This brand new 1900 sq ft Swiss-style log cabin is fully-furnished
and features a master bedroom (king bed) and bath downstairs, a
queen bedroom in the loft as well as one twin bunk bed and one
double bunk bed in the loft bunk room. The loft also features a 300
sq ft sitting area with a couch and full-size bath and shower.
There is a half bathroom on the main level, granite counters
throughout and hardwood, carpet and tile flooring. This beautiful
cabin is nestled in the woods on 9 acres with easy access to Hwy 95
and direct access to the Payette National Forest.

Cable TV, wood-burning fireplace, full-island kitchen with microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils,
linens, stacked washer & dryer, gas grill, DVD player, PS2 and other games and
books for your enjoyment.

Year round activities for all ages. 20 minutes from Brundage Ski
Resort and 50 minutes from Tamarack Ski Resort with both alpine and
nordic skiing. 10 minutes to the Meadowcreek Golf Course, Zim's
Natural Hot Springs, and Lost Valley Reservoir. Abundunt outdoor
activities available such as alpine skiing, cross country skiing (in subdivision),
snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting
and some of the best fishing in the northwest. The Weiser River trail joins
the west end of the property allowing easy access for snowmobiles and ATVs
to an abundance of trails.

Guest-House Rates
Peak Season: (May 25 - September 1) (November 25- April 15)
$150/night with a 2 night minimum. One week for only $1000
Off Peak: (April 16- May 24) (September 2- November 24)
$100/night with a 2-night minimum. One week for only $650

$30-$120 Cleaning fee dependant upon length of stay, number of guests and desire to self clean
$200 refundable deposit
50% deposit to secure the guest-house
