Fern Mountain Snow Fun in Hidden Valley

5 bedroom, 4 bath chalet located in Fern Mountain, just outside the Hidden Valley (.2 miles) and Seven Springs (3.3 miles) resorts.

Amenities include, fully furnished, complete kitchen, geo-thermal heat and A/C, fireplace in living room, 16'x24' deck with 6-person jacuzzi.

The deck is furnished with a 6 person patio set and a 6 person picnic bench with a charcoal grill available year round. Deck overlooks fire pit and house is situated on 3 acres of woods.

There are two TV's with cable and DVD/VCR players in each of the two living rooms. Basement game room with ping pong table.

First floor has a master suite with king bed and its own full bathroom. There is also another bedroom on this floor that has a queen size bed and another full bathroom. On the upper floor there are 5 beds. 1 Queen, 2 Double and 2 Single - this room also has its own bathroom. On the lower level is two more bedrooms with two queen size beds and a single bed in one and two queen size beds in the other (5 beds total) with a full bathroom.

Heated garage for skiers with an additional full size refrigerator for extra food storage space.  There is also enough room to fit up to eight cars in the driveway.

Chalet is directly accessible to 98 miles of snowmobile and hiking/biking trails. Located at the "top of the mountain", all the Laurel Highlands sites and activities are within easy driving distance, including, Falling Water, OhioPyle, and Nemacolin Woodlands. Other activities include cross country skiing, caverns, wineries, trout fishing, white water rafting and plenty of golf within 10-15 miles.

Spring/Summer rates (3/16-9/30): $250/week night... $475/weekend night (Fri & Sat)... $1925/week

Fall rates (10/1-12/25): $225/week night... $450/weekend night (Fri & Sat) $1800/week

Winter rates (12/26-3/15): $400/week night... $900/weekend night (Fri & Sat)... $2800/week

$150 Cleaning/Linen fee added to all rentals - this fee is discounted with weekly rates

Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums.  All weekends require two night minimum stay (Fri & Sat)
$750 security deposit required
