Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated Edwards condo adjacent to Riverwalk shopping
center, sleeps four to six. 

Condo faces Eagle river and has outside deck with small dining table
and Propane barbecue.  Condo has 1425 square feet.  Top floor with
vaulted ceilings for spacious look.  Three bedrooms, two baths: 
Master suite has king-size bed, second bedroom has queen-size bed,
office/third bedroom has pull down queen-size Murphy bed.  Gas
fireplace in living room. TVs in master suite and living room, both
with VCR/DVD players. 

Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, range, microwave, 
dishwasher, and apartment-size washer and dryer.  

Desktop computer with high speed wireless internet connection and ink
jet printer available at no extra cost (you can also connect with 
your laptop). 

Enclosed underground heated parking available for one car, extra 
parking spaces available outside of unit. Locked storage unit 
available in garage for skis, bikes, etc.  

The condo is conveniently located within short walking distance to
Riverwalk shopping area and other businesses in Edwards, including
grocery store, movie theater, many shops, and over 30 restaurants in
Edwards alone!  Beaver Creek ski resort is a 10-minute drive from
condo, Vail about 20 minutes. Additional pictures available with

restaurants.

Four-day minimum.  Discounted weekly rates available - please contact
owners.

$500 damage deposit, refunded within 4 weeks after renter has vacated
the property, less cost of repairs, if any.  Not refundable if 
request is canceled.  

Full rental fee due 60 days prior to rental.

Cancellation fees: 30-60 days prior to rental: ½ of rental fee.  Less
than 30 days: No refund.$125 cleaning fee (not refundable) with final
payment.
