mirror, phone and walk in closet. Third Bedroom has two twin beds,
wall unit with cable TV.

and $90.00 Cleaning Fee.

Deposit to be Returned Within 30 days After departure.
100% refundsof deposit If Cancellation is Received Prior to 60 days of stay.

After the 60 days, no refunds unless the unit can be re-rented for the contract amount.
