largest and deepest swimming pools in the Lower Keys!  
 
The property is 1/2 acre with lush landscaping providing complete  
privacy oceanside with a large pool deck, pool and waterfall and  
Chicki Hut.  
 
Enjoy watching sunrise views over the open water of the FL Keys or  
sunsets from the 180 ft dock. 
 
This unique contemporary Keys property has a 3600+ sq ft main house,  
recently renovated, with a spacious 800 sq ft MBR suite on the 2nd floor. In  
total there are 4 bedrooms and  4 baths with 2 bonus rooms: a games  
room with pool table and a Florida sunroom. The kitchen has top-of- 
the-line appliances, granite countertops. 
 
The 2nd floor MBR suite includes glassed shower, whirlpool/jacuzzi  
tub, separate sinks and make-up area. 
 
The house is equiped with satellite TV (over 225 channels available)  
including a large HDTV in the L/R, large screen TV in Games Room  
and another TV in the Sunroom. Blow-up beds are available for children/teenagers to increase the  
total sleeping accomodation to 14! 
 
The Guest house is a 1/1 with a full kitchen, separate A/C and  
satellite TV. 
 
There is excellent deep water dockage from the 180 ft dock.   
 
Enjoy the completely private pool deck and one of the largest  
swimming pools in the Lower Keys. Relax in the pool while you pass  
underneath the waterfall while listening to a fabulous stereo system  
servicing 4 rooms in the house, the porch and the pool deck. Or lie  
in the shade in a hammock underneath the Chicki Hut!

This property is fully furnished and has all the amenities one would  
expect to find in a modern home. Included are: satellite TV (225+  
channels), linens, A/C, BBQ grill, heated swimming pool with  
waterfall, whirlpool tub, fully supplied kitchen

Activities and Attractions

Located at Mile Marker 25, we are 25 mins north of Key West and 2 hrs  
40 mins from MIA airport. Bahia Honda State Park is only 15 mins  
away. Looe Reef and Marine Sanctuary is approx. 4 miles straight out in the  
Atlantic! 
 
There are numerous restaurants, shopping, entertainment all within 5  
mins away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate is $15,000 per month. Rate is negotiable in off-season. 
 
A security deposit of $2,000 is required in order to secure your  
booking and is fully refundable if you cancel your booking up to 4  
weeks (6 weeks in winter season) prior to your occupancy. Full  
payment is required 4 weeks (6 weeks in winter season) prior  
to occupancy and is non-refundable. 
 
The monthly rate is $15,000 Plus Sales/Bed taxes (11.5%) 
 
In addition, a $300 charge for cleaning plus a utilities charge will  
be incurred for electrical usage.
