slip. Unit has all amenities including a heated pool, covered patio,
palm hammock, etc. Enjoy the spectacular view of the
beautiful sunset from your own private balcony. The east balcony is
screened and offers a great place to relax, view the water and enjoy
the ocean breezes. Restaurants are also within walking distance as
well as shopping and a brand new park. The "Swim With the Dolphins"
facility is also accross the street. For the ultimate diver, we are
five minutes away from Molasses Reef and the famous John Pennekamp
Coral Reef State Park. For the ultimate fisherman, our canal leads
directly to the Ocean for some of the best fishing on the East
Coast.

ect. Master bedroom includes a king size bed with a view to the
water. Guest room has a queen bed and there is also a sofa bed in
the living room. This "getaway" is also utilized by the Owner's
family and is kept in excellent conditon.
