Villas Green is a lovely 2 Story Townhouse Villa overlooking Twin  
Isles Golf and Country Club holes 9 and 18.  There is a single car  
carport outside the unit with a utility closet washer and dryer  
behind closed doors on the lanai. Villas Green is located in the  
beautiful deed restricted community of Burnt Store Isles. The Villa  
is within walking distance to golf,shops, grocery, retail, family  
resturants, and 3 miles from picturesque downtown Punta Gorda and  
Fisherman's Village.  The Villa is set up with 2 Master bedrooms  
with their own baths upstairs.  The 3rd bedroom and bath downstairs  
is currently a Family Room with a sleeper sofa.  Front screened  
entry, rear screen lanai, and Florida style furnishings complement  
this unit.

This spacious 1500 square foot condo was built in 1993.  It is a 2  
Story Townhouse Villa with a attached cover single carport, gated  
entry, screened front porch and screen lanai.  The downstairs  
includes a living room, dining area, breakfast bar and a bedroom and  
full bathroom.  This bedroom is currently set up with a sleeper sofa  
and recliner and is used as a family room.  The upstairs includes  
the mastersuite and bath and another bedroom and bath with a twin  
bed set up.  All rooms include ceiling fans, linens, and all kitchen  
utensils. The furnishings are of the Florida style with light colors  
and wood toned furniture.  The Villa overlooks the Twin Isles Golf  
and Country Club Course in Burnt Store Isles including holes 9 and  
18.  The Club House and it's amenities are right around the corner  
less than 1/4 of a mile.  The unit is pet and children friendly, but  
there is no smoking allowed.

Activities and Attractions

Burnt Store Isles is part of the Punta Gorda Florida community.  A  
year around Boating, Golfing, Fishing, and Beach paradise area.  The  
Villa is less than 1/4 of a mile from Twin Isles Golf and Country  
Club where a limited private membership may be purchased, 2 blocks  
from the local Publix Grocery store, banking, shops, and  
resturants.  Downtown Punta Gorda, Parks, Marinas, Boat Ramps and  
Fishermans Village are 3 miles away.  Nearby beaches include Boca  
Grande, Englewood, Venice, Sanibel, and Ft. Myers all 30 to 45  
minutes away.

fee are required upon confirmed reservation. Pet deposit $250.
