Vacation Rental Description

A front porch, with white wicker chairs, welcomes you to this  
special home with its open floor plan, extensive detailing, accent  
painted walls and five ceiling fans. Kitchen, living and dining  
rooms boast vaulted ceilings. 
 
Everything is new and the living room is furnished with 2 full size,  
leather sofas and an entertainment center which houses a 27 inch  
flat screen Sony television with DVD and VCR player. The dining room  
seats six. The master bedroom has a private bath with 2 sinks, 2  
closets and a large, walk-in, tiled shower. It is furnished with a  
king size bed, luxury linens and its own television. The guest  
bedroom in furnished with a queen size bed. The third bedroom is  
furnished as a den with a sofa converting to a queen size bed,  
writing desk and third television set. The kitchen is fully stocked  
with high quality utensils and appliances. The private lanai looks  
out over a farm and is furnished with a patio set and four cushioned  
chairs, while the patio off the lanai has a gas grill. The 2-car  
garage, with its electric door opener, houses an electric, two- 
seater golf cart which is available for our guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Rental rates include community amenities, gas, electric, water,  
trash pickup, basic cable TV, local telephone and lawn care. 
 
The home includes central heat and air conditioning, two telephones,  
a telephone answering machine, 3 color television sets, DVD/VCR  
player, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave, gas  
stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal.  
 
In order that our guests not miss an opportunity to enjoy all of the  
activities offered in The Villages, we even have the daily newspaper  
delivered to the home.

Activities and Attractions

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years  
plus. It is also a golf cart community and just about everything is  
available via a golf cart ride. The home is ideally located within  
walking distance of an adult pool or a community center with its  
family pool, boccie and shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickleball and  
horseshoes.  
 
Golf can be played on 22 executive and 8 championship courses all  
located within The Villages. Sumter Landing, one of two town  
squares, is only 1-1/2 miles from the house and offers shopping,  
restaurants, movie theaters and nightly live entertainment. The  
Savannah Center offers live plays and productions. The Villages has  
often been described as a "Disney Land" for adults.
