front condo resides in the quiet and residential Belleair Beach
community. Inner coastal waters as well as spectacular upscale homes
are just walking distance away. The city of Belleair Beach is located
between the resort towns of Clearwater and Indian Rocks.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features living room and master bedroom
access to a third floor private balcony with an awesome sunset view
over the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room
area makes "eating in" fun as you enjoy the relaxing beach life.

This condo is fully furnished with new carpet, and new king-size
master bedroom furniture. A full size washer and dryer in unit as
well as covered safe parking make your stay very comfortable.

An on site pool and beach toys are there for your wet pleasures.

If the cool Gulf breeze is not good enough, the condo has central air
conditioning as well as stereo, VHS/DVD, HDTV with local cable, 
phone service, and free wireless internet.

This condo is located just 40 minutes from Tampa/St.Petersburg
Airports and is couple miles south of award winning Clearwater Beach
with its Pier 60 sunset activities. Restaraunts and shopping of all
varieties are nearby. The Clearwater marina with dinner cruises,
deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and dolphin watch is just
minutes away. The internationally known resort called John's Pass
with its restaraunts, stores, and water craft fun is just 12 miles
south. Nearby Tampa attractions include the Performing Arts Center
and the Cruise Line Port. Busch Gardens and Disney/Sea World are
just 90 minites away.

- No refunds on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to

- An additional $500 safety/damage deposit is required before arrival
that is refundable.
