Vacation Rental Description

Picturesque views surround this lovely secluded home with wrap-around-
deck nestled in the trees overlooking Lake Michigan. Walk for miles 
along the un-crowded postcard-perfect Lake Michigan beach across the 
street, just steps from your door.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside, a large "great room" offers a wood burning fireplace and a 
cozy windowed dining area; modern kitchen with all the necessities 
and more; king size bed in the roomy master bedroom is easily 
separated into twin beds; two additional bedrooms offer twin beds and 
a double bed.  And for those wonderful summer evenings, there is a 
furnished screen porch complete with grill.

Activities and Attractions

With a deep water channel to Lake Michigan and Portage Lake, this 
area offers all water sports; fishing, sailing, wind surfing, 
swimming and more. Plus excellent golf, tennis, biking, shopping and 
many fine restaurants ~ all at your door or within minutes.  

Vacation Rental Rates

June = $1,600 per week
July & August = $2,000 per week
September = $1,600 per week

$90/week cleaning fee.

25% of total rental required for reservation.  
Balance (including cleaning fees) due 30 days prior to arrival. 
Deposits fully refundable provided cancellation is made prior to 
April 1st or a substitute reservation is secured for the cancelled 
rental period.
