is a luxury condo on the 11th floor with panoramic views over Boca Ciega Baye, the Don Cesar,
incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, and the tropical landscaping of Isla del Sol.

sight-seeing trips, nightlife, gaming cruises, watercraft rentals. Minutes away from white sandy
Gulf beaches, Fort-de-Soto Park (designated as one of the top five beaches in the US), shopping,
restaurants, Pass-A-Grille with its unique shops and galleries, catch the Trolley to Clearwater or
downtown St. Petersburg. Bush Gardens is a short 45 minutes drive. Visit Disney World, Universal
studios and Sea World in less than 2 hours.
