A Kid's Kastle" (two Bedroom/two Bath Beach House built in 2005) It
is just half a block from the beach with easy beach access. (Our
street ends at the beach.) The ocean views from the house are
incredible and Yes - you can hear the waves from the deck!!

The house has ocean views out the front & right side & views of Swan
Lake & the Intercoastal Waterway on the left side. There is a huge deck for sunning or just relaxing. There is an outside shower for rinsing sand off. 

We have everything that a family could dream of: SpongeBob Kid's
Suite, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Dart Board, Nintendo 64 video
game system (with games), Basketball Goal, three TV's, Video
Cassette and DVD players, Satellite TV, an Outer Space Bathroom, a collection of movies, lots of kid's board games (Operation, Mr. Mouth, Cranium, X-games skateboard game, Tech Deck mini skateboards, Dominoes, Fish card game, Swap, Yahtzee, Uno Cards, small baby blow-up pool, kiddie splash mat, Dora the Explorer Alphabet for the bathtub, kid's mini fish nets and a boogie board).

There is a crabbing pier right down the street.  (All you need is a piece of string, a chicken neck or leg & a small net.  It is a lot of fun, very inexpensive & fun for kids (& adults) of all ages.)
