Vacation Rental Description

This bright and spacious condo (almost 1400 sq feet) is newly 
refurbished will all new appliances and furniture!!!  This 2 bedroom 
2 bath unit sleeps up to 7 (2 new Queen Beds in each bedroom, a new 
full size pull out sleeper and a new 90 inch sofa), great for 
couples that want to vacation together and invite family to visit 
during season! The kitchen is fully equipped with a raised breakfast 
bar to watch the cook in action!  
This end unit has a large, open balcony that overlooks the Hudson 
Bayou and small pond with a nice fountain.  Centrally located, this 
is less than a mile to downtown Sarasota/Main Street, close to 
Hillview Drive (dining and shopping), less than a 10 minute drive to
Siesta Key (beaches and dining), next to Sellby Botanical Gardens 
and the Marina is around the corner (Marina Jacks)! Westfield Mall 
and St Armands are close for shopping. Golf courses!Great location 
for walkers and bikers!

Vacation Rental Amenities

New appliances (washer/dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, 
dishwasher and oven), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer.
Cookware and dinnerware are furnished, plenty of glassware.
Basic Cable TV included, DVD player, Compact stereo system w/Cd 
player.  TV in bedroom and living room.
Bath towels and bed linens.
Outdoor pool area, good for laps.
Under building parking (keep the car cool) with elevator to 1st 
floor unit, guest parking outside
New AC unit
Deck chairs on balcony
Bike racks in covered parking area.

Activities and Attractions

Siesta Key and the beach is about a 10 minute drive
Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is around the corner from condo
Close to the Marina and Charter Fishing Fleet

So close to downtown Sarasota and Main Street, dining, shopping, 
music and movies

Other attractions include The Van Wezel Theater of Performing Arts,

Vacation Rental Rates

May thru Oct $1500 a month/us$
Nov thru Jan $2200 a month/us$
Feb thru April $2400 a month/us$  (That's about $80 a day!)

A 10% rental tax will be added (7% to state, 3% local)

Security Deposit is $700. Cancellations are refundable if unit can 
be rented for the same period and amount. Security deposit must be 
received to confirm dates.

Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed

$100 cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit at end

Full payment due  prior to occupancy(1 week before, firm), cashier 
or bank checks accepted.
International checks must be made in US dollars.
