Beautiful, spacious home with 4 private master bedrooms all with large private baths. Three acres
perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean and a lush tropical forest. All rooms face the
ocean and are surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. Property has unique,secluded finished cave
perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in a magnificent natural setting. Cave has electricity,
lighting, water, finished bar and dance floor.

Pool, ping-pong table, internet, dvd player, cell phone provided, twice a week maid service(additional
days $25/day), security/maintenance person on premises in separate apartment, in house massage
available-$25 per hour, dinner preparation available for a fee of $50 plus cost of food, 2 outdoor
showers

Close to famous Playa Grande and Orchid Bay beaches which both offer opportunities for
surfing,snorkeling, boogie boarding and swimming. Playa Grande offers table dining on the beach with
your choice of fresh, tasty local cuisine and delicious tropical drinks. Our town of Cabrera offers a
variety of restaurants, a bakery, a spa, several fitness centers, and some hot nightlife choices. The hotel La Catalina, a
mere 5 minute drive from our house offers a lovely, relaxing atmosphere with good food, a nice bar,
entertainment and a friendly staff. Birdwatchers bring your binoculars, surfers bring your boards,
readers bring your books (although we have a nice library if you should forget)- this is a vacation home
that can relax you or lead you to adventure!

There is a 3 night minimum stay, priced at $200 per night. The weekly rate is $1200 and there is a discounted monthly rate of $4000. A week's stay includes 2 days of housekeeping service. Less than that includes one day of service. If you would like additional days of service, the fee is $25 per day.
