Vacation Rental Description

New 2/2 plus den lakefront/golf views condo located in prestigious  
Heritage Harbour gated golf course community.  The Stoneybrook Golf  
Course and Club is open to the public and features full service  
dining facilities for lunch, dinner and buffets.  24 hour fitness  
center featuring state of the art equipment and daily exercise  
classes.  Jr. Olympic size pool with Jacuzzi.  Also included are  
biking and walking trails, roller-blading facility, volleyball,  
basketball, 4 lighted tennis courts and family playground. 
 
No smoking/no pets. 
 
The kitchen has corian countertops and is fully equipped and has a  
breakfast nook.  The master bedroom has queen-size bed with  
television, telephone, radio-clock alarm, walk-in closet, dresser- 
mirror and luxurious tiled bathroom.  The living room has large flat  
screen television with dvd/vcr and cd player.  The dining room seats  
six or just eat at the breakfast counter. The second bedroom has a  
queen-sized bed with dresser-mirror and night stand. The den features  
a desk with computer access and a day bed/with pull-out trundle bed  
underneath.  Laundry room has full sized washer and dryer. Covered  
car space directly in front of unit, with unlimited parking spaces  
for guests. Private screened lanai with table and chairs provides a  
beautiful view that overlooks water and golf course.
