Reminiscent of Martha’s Vineyard, this cozy dwelling with beach décor 
has all of the charm of a Nantucket cottage… romantic and comfortable. 
Inspired by shades of the sea, crisp whites, ocean blues and light 
hardwood floors create the palate for accents of seashell, sand and 
linen. 
 
Located in the exclusive Belmont Shore area of Long Beach, California, 
you can unwind, exhale and exchange your shoes for sand between your 
toes. Sleep till noon if you feel like it, between sheets as soft as 
butter. We've even supplied everything you need for a day laying on 
the sand:  beach towels, bikes, ice chest, easy to carry chairs, and a 
portable picnic set.  You just bring the sunscreen!  Kayak rentals, 
tennis courts, and boat rides are just a few minutes away. 
 
Our goal is simple. We want you to feel pampered and enveloped in a 
beautiful environment. With impeccable attention to detail, we provide 
all the creature comforts of home; even a backscratcher for that 
“itch” that you can’t reach. We want to see you back time and time 
again...    
 
If you're looking for a bigger space, check out our listing for the 
upstairs unit, THE ZEN DEN.  Also a 2 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 4-6.  
The two units share the large front patio, so renting both is great 
for family gatherings, or inviting another couple for a fun, romantic 
weekend while still having the option of complete privacy! 
 
This two bedroom one bath with fireplace has hardwood floors and 
overlooks the harbor in Alamitos Bay. Unique shopping and dining are a 
short stroll away on trendy 2nd. St. 
 
Fully equipped kitchen with Caesar stone counters, new appliances, 
microwave, dishwasher, and cookware, 32 in. flatscreen HDTV, DVD 
Player, Stereo system, wireless internet, and Direct TV (all the movie 
channels included!) Firepit, Gas BBQ, outdoor lounge furniture, bikes, 
beach towels, chairs, ice cooler and umbrellas provided.  
 
Note:  There is a very small street in between the home and the sand. 
It is fully closed to traffic during the summers between 9am-5pm.

Leave your snorkel at the house and come face-to-fish with the living 
sea at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Next, venture across the way and 
board the historic Queen Mary for an above-water experience sure to 
wet your imagination. Be sure to bring your walking shoes- you won’t 
want to miss a guided tour through lively Downtown or the colorful 
East Village. Afterward, continue your journey through Long Beach’s 
past with a tour of Rancho Los Alamitos or Rancho Los Cerritos. And  
of course, no visit to Southern California would be complete without a 
day at Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland, and Disney’s 
California Adventure theme park. These world-class attractions are 
within a one-hour drive from Long Beach.

Oct-April: $1750/week, $349/night with 3 night minimum 
 
$1000 deposit 
$100 cleaning fee 
 
Rates are lower than normal as the unit is almost finished being 
renovated and we are just starting to book for summer!
