Lake's highly desired east side. Level beach and a 100' permanent 
dock invite excellent swimming and boating. The Lake House has a 
formal foyer, living room with a gas fireplace and dining room. 
Stairs lead up to an elegant master bedroom with refrigerator, his & 
her's sinks and jacuzzi.
Through the dining room is a hallway leading to a spacious newely 
renovated kitchen with seating at the island or a large dining 
table.  
The kitchen as well as the lake house are completely furnished.  
Stairs from the kitchen lead to a seperate wing of 2 bedrooms (1 
queen & 1 double) and full bath.  Each bedroom has a T.V and window 
air conditioning.
Through the kitchen is a lakeview family room with a sleeper sofa 
for additional sleeping and a T.V with DVD/VCR. Down the hall is a 
full bath and a small bar that leads to a wrap around deck for 
outdoor meals and entertaining.
On the lower level is a family room with a large screen T.V, 
sleeper sofa and a seperate laundry room with a half bath.
This home has a unique layout and offers space for larger families 
to spread out. It is ideal for swimming and boating and the outdoor 
decks offer exceptional views of Keuka Lake and the bluff. It is an
excellent value for a quality furnished home.
