Vacation Rental Description

Townhouse - well equipped, updated spacious end unit, boasting 2 
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 screened porch areas, carport with capacity 
of 4 cars, new flooring and decor. Master bedroom features a King 
size bed and TV, Guest room features a Bunk bed (double under, 
single over), Trundle Bed as well as a Futon in the Living room.  
For ease, linens and towels are provided.  Kitchen contains all the 
needs of your own home (Dishwasher, Microwave, Appliances, 
Coffeemaker, Dishes, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Toaster, etc). Central 
air, Cable TV, Local Telephone, DVD, Washer/Dryer will enure your 
comfort while you enjoy the beauty of the Keys. A BBQ is located 
right outside the lower screened porch and an additional small 
refridgerator for use included inside the porch area.  Mariners 
Hospital is located within minutes of the complex.  Please call for

Vacation Rental Amenities

Landings of Largo is a Gated Community located at mile marker 98.  
The Landings has recently completed a tremendous Landscaping project 
which has beautified the complex. Feel free to walk around the 
Complex or visit the Marina where Manatees, Sharks, Rays, Tarpon, 
marine and wild life are frequent visitors and Dolphins make a 
friendly visit every now and then. The Landings offers 2 Pools, 2 
Tennis Courts, Racquetball Court, Boat Launch, Marina, Fishing Pier 
(many various size fish have been caught off this Pier), Cleaning 
Station, Deck Area overlooking the Bay. Club House which has a 50" 
Plasma TV, videos, books and games. Just one hour from Miami and one 
and one/half hours from Fort Lauderdale. An easy drive through the 
Everglades.  BBQ areas and covered Huts are scattered throughout the 
complex for your cooking and dining/relaxing enjoyment.

The Landings is located in Key Largo, in a very central location. 
Within The Landings you may enjoy the Pools, Racquetball/Tennis 
Courts, Club House, Marina, Sunset Deck, Fishing Pier, Marine Life, 
and ease of living - Kick Back, Relax and Enjoy!  Located in the 
immediate area is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with the most 
beautiful living coral reefs. Charter Boat, Jet Ski, Boat, Kayak, 
Para-sailing, Harley and bike, etc. rentals are readily available.  
Snokeling and Scuba diving rentals are available within minutes of 
the complex.  Swim with the Dolphins, within 2 miles of The 
Landings. Restaurants galore!! Explore the Back Country.  Shopping, 
Grocery stores, Churches are right around the corner. Take a drive 
and venture through the Keys and land in Key West - Don't forget to 
stop at the Tiki Bar!

Vacation Rental Rates

May - August, Rental Rate - $2,300
September - December, Rental Rate - $2,500
One month (28 day) minimum rental.

Exit Cleaning Fee: $100 non-refundable. 

Security: $500 refundable after walk through.

Impact Fee: $50 non-refundable fee must be paid to Association upon 
arrival.

Monroe County Tax - 11.5%

Utilites:  $100 cap per utility, not including telephone.

Multiple month and Annual rate discounts may apply.
