Beautiful Gulf Front! This direct ocean front Kings Crown condominum  
is only steps to the beach. Beautifully decorated with 2  
bedrooms/2 baths, our condo is an ocean front corner unit located on  
the second floor (3rd if you count parking garage located under 1st  
floor) that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and also has a view of the  
courtyard and pool.  
 
Beautiful sunsets can be seen from our screened-in porch and  
separate dining area. Kings Crown Condos are located on West Gulf  
Drive, with 54 units, a tennis court and pool with restrooms and  
changing area.

Master Bedroom with Queen bed and private bath and walk-in closet.  
Twin beds in 2nd bedroom with adjoining walk in closet and bathroom.  
Bathroom from twin bedroom also opens into main hall.  
 
TV, VCR/DVD player in living room. Full kitchen with dining bar  
overlooks the living area. Separate dining room with full view of  
ocean. Ocean front screened-in porch with patio furniture allows you  
to eat inside or out.  
 
Washer/Dryer for your use. All linens include a nice selection of  
towels, including beach towels.  
 
Separate downstairs storage room contains beach chairs for your use  
as well as a charcoal grill. Underground parking and easy access to  
stairs and elevator.

the 26 mile island on the beautiful bike paths or stop by the

Our non-smoking condo requires a minimum Two Week rental from Nov-April. 2 week, 4 week,  
8 week and 12 week rentals receive a discounted rate. All rates are

Jan 1, 2009 - April 14, 2009 at $2000.00 per week plus 11% Florida Tax 
April 15, 2009 - November 10, 2009 at $1100.00 per week plus 11% Florida Tax
