This ocean front Kings Crown condominum is beautifully decorated and is a non-smoking unit. This unit is 2 bedrooms/2 baths with a living room, kitchen, dining room and screened-in porch. Enjoy the expansive frontal views of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the dolphins swim by from the comfort of this unit.
Beautiful sunsets can be seen from our screened-in porch and separate dining area. Kings Crown Condos are located on West Gulf Drive, with 54 units, a tennis court and a pool with restroom and changing area.

TV, VCR/DVD player in living room. Full kitchen with dining bar overlooks the living area. Separate dining room with full view of ocean. Ocean front screened-in porch with patio furniture allows you to eat inside or out.
Washer/Dryer for your use. All linens include a nice selection of towels, including beach towels.
Separate downstairs storage room contains beach chairs for your use as well as a charcoal grill. Underground parking and easy access to stairs and elevator.

Our non-smoking condo requires a Minimum Two Week rental.
Two Week Rental Rates for 2010:
Jan 1, to Feb 28 is $2000.00 per week plus 11% Florida Tax
March 1 to April 11 is $2200.00 per week plus 11% Florida Tax
April 11 to November 7 is $1100.00 per week plus 11% Florida Tax
Discount Given if Rented Four Weeks during these months:
January 2010 $1800.00 per week
February 2010 $1800.00 per week
March 2010 $2000.00 per week
Eight Week Rental Rate - 10% discount given
Twelve Week Rental Rate - 15% discount given
