Vacation Rental Description

                                          Griff's Place

Do you long for those days when you went to the Lake and spent time with your family? When you walk 
into Griff's Place, you feel the positive vibes of the many wonderful experiences of those who have 
visited this home in years past.

This is a place to relax and forget work and enjoy the water and the wildlife. During the day, you 
can swim, ride bikes, fish or just lie in the hammock and read a good book. If you bring your boat, 
you can tie it up at the dock so it will be easily accessible for your enjoyment. At the end of the 
day, enjoy the sunset over the water and watch the watercraft go by or gather in the greatroom and 
play Monopoly or other games as a family. 

Although you are in an established lake neighborhood, when you turn to go to Griff's Place, you 
leave the hustle and bustle of the busy world as you drive through a heavy wooded canopy to the 
lake. You feel like you are entering another world when the world's pace was a lot slower yet you 
are just a few miles from the city and its entertainment. The house is located less than two miles 
from Interstate 485 which connects to Interstates 85 and 77. If coming by plane, we are 
approximately 15 minutes from the airport. This location makes the city easily accessible for those 
who want to see the sights of Charlotte while visiting.

-What a gem! We could not have found a better place to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Your home is so   
 welcoming and immaculate! We really enjoyed the bikes and watching the beautiful sunset. Our stay 
 was perfect.
-This place is awesome! Wonderful way to relax and unwind. The view is spectacular with all the 
 comforts of home. We cannot wait to come back--again & again.
-Sweet two weeks here has brought transquility back to my life.
-Thank you so much for sharing this great place with me. I don't want to leave but looking so forward
 to coming back.

Vacation Rental Rates

June-August-$900 per week (prefer Friday to Friday)--Call for daily rental availability
May/September-$850 per week/$130 per night (3 night minimum)
October-April-$750 per week/$115 per night (3 night minimum)
Security Deposit--$300-Visitors Responsible for any Damages beyond the $300 Security Deposit

Cleaning Fee--$75 per visit

Remaining monies due at visit (cash/credit card+$25 processing fee)
