Vacation Rental Description

The Condo
This beautiful, modern-age condo has recently been remodeled to bring you all of the conveniences of home.  It 
sleeps six comfortably and has everything you need to enjoy a warm and cozy weekend up in the mountains.  
This includes a fireplace, candle lit dining, televisions/DVD players in all rooms, feather down comforters on all 
beds, wireless internet, a full kitchen, breakfast bar, washer and dryer, and more...
 
Location and Amenities
The condo is part of Boulder Bay Resort, which is next to Boulder Bay on Big Bear Lake.  From the condo, you 
can easily walk to the lake, and it's only a two minute drive to downtown Big Bear and four minutes to Snow 
Summit.  You can park right beside the condo to easily load and unload your vehicle.  A convenience store and 
restaurant are located in front of the complex if you need anything.  The resort also has a tennis court, pool, 
recreation area, and a hot tub that is heated all year.
 
We take pride in our home and rent it out mostly to friends and family.  Everything is new and very well kept.  

Rates
We guarantee fair rates and we will try to accommodate any special needs you may have.  Please check the 
calendar for available dates and then contact us to confirm rental rates.

$75 - $150 per night week days 
$100 - $250 per night weekend (depending on holidays)
* $300 - Tues-Thurs mid week rentals!

room, and a full size bunk bed in the other that has 2 full size beds (not your normal kids bunk bed)
