I've travelled to Florida numerous of times, but I've always stayed in the St. Pete area where I have family. This was the first time I've rented a place, and I'll say first and foremost I enjoyed the stay, and I WOULD recommend it to my friends and family. A couple things to note:

First, it is well maintained and clean, you can tell that you weren't the first person in the Villa in months.

Second, it is perfect for a family of 4, the Master is a Queen, and the other bedroom is two singles. If you are two couples going down there, it's not quite as comfortable as we had to push the singles together, and it didn't provide great sleeps but still it worked.

Third, the provide a number to call if you have any difficulties with the Villa or Services. My party and I arrived under the impression there was Internet and Cable, however neither was working when we got there. THERE IS BOTH! However we spent such little time in the Villa that we never called to have it sorted out.

Fourth, when they say it is 7 minutes to Disney, they are being Generous, we were close enough that we could hear the Fireworks on a clear night. HEAR not SEE. Only 5 minutes from the front gate, what a great location.

Fifth, the pool is always a concern of mine heading down south. I was pleasantly surprised. It is open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. with lighting when it starts to get dark. Great time killer in between parks.

Stayed for 2 weeks, spent 8 days at Theme parks, 2 traveling, and the other 4 were shopping and hanging around the Villa. All in all a great stay, a great vacation, but next time we get the Master bedroom, my buddy and his girlfriend will have to try to find a way to make two singles work!
