This recently remodeled luxury vacation condo located in sunny Dana Point, California is situated
just a few steps away from one of the nicest beaches Southern California has to offer. The upscale
condo also has every necessity for the person or persons looking to relax in style while
vacationing.
This private condominium suite includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two private balconies with
ocean views of Catalina Island in the background. Each bedroom has an oversized California king bed
with pillow-top mattresses covered by 450 thread count linens and pillows. A Thirty-two inch, wall-
mounted, LCD screen television with cable is visible from every point in each of the bedrooms. Other
bedroom features include wall-to-wall hardwood flooring, full-sized dressers complete with mirror,
night stands, vaulted ceilings and remote operated ceiling fans with adjustable light dimmers. Each
Bathroom is complete with custom floor to ceiling tile showers and brand-new modern fixtures. Blow-
dryers, oversized towels and cotton waffle-style robes are also included. Each guest can also enjoy
the fine selection of bath soaps and lotions for both him and her.
Living area provides ample seating and includes a queen sized sleeper sofa with four inch pillow top
mattress for added comfort and a leather recliner. Digital Entertainment is provided by a forty-two
inch plasma screen television and a four hundred and fifty watt surround sound system. Media choices
include digital cable and music channels, HBO, Showtime and over fifty top-quality DVD titles to
choose from. If television is not your thing, we have included several board games, trivia games and
playing cards for your enjoyment.
The property’s two private balconies are located off the main living areas with additional private
entrances to each bedroom. A natural gas grill and grilling utensils are located on the larger of
the two balconies.
The kitchen has granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top cooking range
and microwave. All professional grade cookware and utensils are included. Other kitchen amenities
include a coffee maker, blender, power juice machine and tea kettle. Table and glassware settings
for up to eight people are provided. There are several gourmet markets in the area and we can even
arrange for a personal shopper to procure your selections so they are available upon arrival.
This top level luxury suite features ocean views from the patio deck and kitchen windows. Cool ocean
breezes pass through the open windows and doors creating a very peaceful and relaxing element.
Attention to every detail was taken while designing this ocean getaway. The upscale décor caters to
ones who enjoy the finer things in life while on retreat. We have made sure to include everything
you need for a fun and exciting vacation. Boogie boards, ice chests, beach balls, beach towels,
beach umbrella and sun block are available for your enjoyment. Walk across the street to one of
California’s hidden beach treasures, Strands Beach at Salt Creek State Park. This beach is shared
with guests from our property as well as those from the Ritz Carlton and Saint Regis Hotels located
just north of the condo property.
