Bamboo House is located in an area known as Lesiaceva (pronounced less ee ah thay vah) which is
approximately six kilometres from the town of Savusavu. The locals know it as the Cousteau Road, as
the Jean-Michel Cousteau resort is only a stone’s throw away. Overlooking Savusavu bay, ninety nine
stairs wind up the hill to the House. The only thing that separates you from the beach is a quiet
dirt road.
The house has two levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It is fully screened and cooled
by island breezes and overhead fans.

tropical fruits and vegetables and even sample some
that you may have never seen before.Crabs, lobsters
and yellow fin tuna are also on offer. Saturday is
the big day for the market, although the vendors
are there Monday to Saturday.
Restaurants offering a range of authentic Fijian,
Indian and European cuisines mean that you can
avoid the kitchen if you want to.
If you really feel the need to do some serious
shopping Savusavu is home to some of the
South Pacific’s most amazing black pearls,
you can even take a tour to see where they
grow, no samples of course.

Prices in US$ and subject to change due to currency fluctuations
No meals or beverages are included, self catering accommodation. However, a basic starter package is
included in the tariff and includes, tea, coffee, juice, milk, Fiji water, fresh tropical fruits and
basic spices. Pure Fiji soaps, laundry soap, dishwashing needs and toilet paper are also included in
the starter pack.
Note: A fully refundable, Fiji$200 damage bond is payable on arrival and will be refunded after
satisfactory inspection on departure
