2013 and 2014 rates: may 1, 2013 to august 31, 2013: 1350 per week, September 1 , 2013 to January 31, 2014: 1250 per week.february 1, 2014 to april 30,2014 1943 per week. Add 100 for weeks of July 4, Christmas, New Years, Good Friday, and Easter. state tax on unit is 12% and is added to rental amount. beach chairs are provided by condo as well as beach towels.
We pay cleaning---no other fees!
