2012 rates:1850 per week dec 10 to mar 16; 1975 mar 17 to april 20; 1450 april 21 to april 30; 1200 may 1 to august 31; 1150 sept 1 to dec 15. 100 surcharge for weeks of easter, july 4th, and christmas.
