furnished. Carpet and Slate floors. Fantastic views in all  
directions with a view of the Yellowstone River in the  
distance.Setting is spectacular.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete kitchen.all electic appliances and heating. Has wood  
burning stove. Furnished with Antiqes and a beautiful Piano. Has  
D.V.D player . Full bathroom with tub. Includes towels and bedding.  
Queensize bed and futon available.

Activities and Attractions

Cabin is located 40 miles north of Yellowstone park and 10 miles  
south of Livingston. Located in the heart of Fly-fishing  
Country,where "The River Runs Through It" was filmed.  
Fishing,hiking,boating and horse back riding are available in the  
area.Great Restaurants and the Famous "Chico Hot Spring Resort" is  
located near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $110 per night. A three night minimum is required. The  
weekly (7 nights) rental rate is $700.00 A 50% deposit and a  
$100.00 security deposit is required. Refund of the 50% deposit will  
be given for a 10 day cancellation notice. The security deposit will  
be returned for cancellation and or within 7 days of  
departure,providing no damages to the propery have occured. 7% montana bed tax will be added to  
bill.VISA CARDS ACCEPTED--
