Located West 75th street corner Riverside drive.  
The place is fully furnished, utilitis are included for local phone,  
tv cable, internet access. Ther place is prepared with towells and  
linens for beds and bathroom.  
 
 
Studio Apartment (circa 1890) no detailed was spared in renovating  
this new apartment it has 8 foot doors and 12 foot ceilings that are  
decorated with exquisite original molding as well as hardwood  
floors. The room is furnished with period antiques, has cable TV,  
music system and air conditioning. 
 
This studio can easily fit one to four people. The new studio  
apartment has a Murphy bed and a queen size sofa bed. At the rear of  
the room you have a full size kitchen, equipped with a coffee  
machine, and refrigerator. And it has a full private bath.  
 
The apartments come equipped with; cable, phone (free local calls),  
microwave, coffee-maker, kitchenware, etc.  
We provide you with weekly cleaning services, all linens and towels  
(no surcharges). And all utilities are included.
