the large covered deck where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets
over the lake.
This home has 2 separate air conditioning systems for controlled
comfort on each floor. All the fully carpeted bedrooms, kitchen,
dining room, and family room have ceiling fans including the large
upstairs and downstairs decks.
The big country kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher,
Jenn-Aire stove top, double oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer
with filtered water and ice in the door. There is a cozy breakfast

mall is 30 minutes away, towards Austin.
