Cozy Waterfront Cottage with Dock in Charlestown

Quaint, waterfront cottage located on Ninigret Pond with private dock. Not your typical rental! Walk, ride bikes, or drive
to beautiful Charlestown beach less than 1 mile away. Boat to a more secluded beach area only a
few minutes away.

The newly renovated first floor consists of a large living, dining area and gourmet kitchen (Subzero refrig, Viking range, dishwasher, mic, Viking ice maker)  all open with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the water. Also one bedroom with queen size bed. Walk out onto a very spacious waterfront deck which spands across the entire front of the house. On the second floor
are two bedrooms, master with queen size bed and the other with two twins and a 1/2 bath. The
spacious outdoor shower with dressing room is a must try! For inclement weather there is a
shower/dressing room on lower level along with washer/dryer.

We allow a maximum of 4 overnight guests including children. Sorry no parties or pets allowed and
no smoking.

The cottage has a comfortable style with a combination of antiques, wicker and upholstered
furniture making it a charming place to come home to after a day at the beach. The open floor plan
and many windows allow water views from every room in the house. The spacious deck is furnished
with cushioned teak lounge chairs, table to seat 8 with umbrella and gas grill for outside
entertaining.

Guests provide their own bed linens and towels. Queen and two twins. Blankets and pillows are
provided. Household items necessary for a comfortable stay are provided.

The private dock allows access to Ninigret Pond where you can boat, fish, clam, water ski, tube or
just sit in the adrondack chairs and enjoy the sunsets. Walk or ride bikes to gorgeous
Charlestown Beach less than a mile away. You can boat conveniently to East Beach or the Breachway
to fish, swim or sun. Close to many of the area's fine restaurants, Newport, Block Island, Watch
Hill, Mystic seaport and aquarium. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos are a short drive away.

Summer season rentals through Labor Day are avalible at a weekly rate of $2,400.
