Vacation Rental Description

Here's everything you could want in a mountain home. This beautiful
new house features such luxuries and conveniences as two large,
covered decks with unobstructed mountain views, beautiful new
furniture, wireless internet access, HBO, fully-equipped kitchen,
stone gas log fireplace, flat-screen TV, 4 TV sets (one in each room
plus the living room, including DVD&VCR), BBQ, Heat and Air
Conditioning, full laundry area, and deluxe bathrooms. 

The layout of the house offers the ultimate comfort for up to 8
people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, luxurious bath with
Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Downstairs there is a guest bedroom
with a queen bed, and kids will love the third bedroom with bunkbeds
and a queen sleeper sofa, where they can stay up late watching their
favorite shows and movies on TV and DVD/VCR set. There is also a full
bathroom downstairs. 

Although the community is under construction, the area where the house
is located has been a 100% completed, so you won't be bothered by
construction noise or traffic.

amenities, including indoor/outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse (with

Our house is located on the newer phase, called Echota on the Ridge,
which features a brand new, stunning clubhouse with outdoor heated
pool, waterfall and jacuzzi facing The Blue Ridge Mountains (pool will
be open by summer 2008). 

Activities and Attractions

Ideally located in the heart of the North Carolina High Country,
Echota on the Ridge is centrally located between Boone, Banner Elk,
Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock. This outstanding location offers
proximity to 4 area ski slopes, world-class golf courses, arts and
culture, fine dining, antique shopping, beautiful parks for the kids
and horseback riding.

This community offers a quality of life incomparable in the area.
Entertainment for the entire family includes, amongst others, the Blue
Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie RailRoad, Linville Cavern, Mystery Hill, Mast
General Store, Grandfather Mountain, Chadi Farms, Valle Crucis Park
and Moses Cone Park. 

Vacation Rental Rates

From $150 per night, 2 nights minimum. From $875 Week. Monthly rates
available.
13% local sales tax + $80 cleaning fee.
