with your balcony right off of the heated pool.  You can still see the horizon of the water from  
your balcony and the Cocoa Beach Pier from the balcony as well. The Cocoa  
Beach Pier offers Dining, Snacks, Open Bar, Live Music, Beach  
Volleyball, and Pier Fishing (rent poles and buy bait right on the  
pier). Surfing equipment rental also available on the beach. See  
Cruise ships pass by almost daily. Surfers, Volleyball players,  
Swimmers, Joggers, Shell Collectors or just relax to the soothing  
sounds of the ocean from your living room or master bedroom.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: Jan 05 - Apr 30; then Jun 01 - Aug 17; and All Holidays  
are $1299/week (Sat - Sat) Low Season: Apr 30 - Jun 01; Aug 17 - Jan  
04: $849.00 a week.  I am required to charge 11% Florida Sales Tax.  
Must be 23 years or older to Rent.  $85 Cleaning and Laundry Fee (We  
provide all the towels and sheets).  $300.00 Refundable Security  
Damage Deposit if paying by check. Balance must be received 30 days  
before stay in condo.
