Lovely, spacious, 2 BR 2 BA with beautiful sunset and intracoastal view from 
bedroom and living room, and the beach just across A1A. See the 
sunset from the balcony.
Located in Beautiful Flagler Beach, one of the last quaint beachside 
towns in Florida. It is located between St. Augustine and Daytona 
Beach. You won't find traffic jams or fast food restaurants or 
hustle and bustle in Flagler Beach! You will find beachside cafes, 
small shops and even an open farmer's market on Friday's near the 
fishing pier. 
Enjoy fishing, surfing or walking on the beach just steps from your 
door.

Golf course is steps away from the front door.
Flagler Beach public boat launch and intracoastal is minutes from 
the condo. See nature at its finest with manatees and dolphins 
swimming by your boat. 
Nature lovers can enjoy walking in one of the 3 Florida State Parks 
nearby. If biking is your interest, there are 25 miles of oceanfront 
bike paths right out your door. 
Marineland, an oceanarium is 15 minutes from the condo. 
Want to do some shopping or visit tourist attractions in 30 minutes, 
visit St. Augustine the oldest city in the U.S.  See the lighthouse, 
the Old fort or the Alligator farm.
20 minutes south of Flagler is Daytona Beach, where there are many 
fine restaurants and shopping.
Orlando is just 75 minutes away and so is the Kennedy Space Center 
in Cape Canaveral.

Special Events (Bikeweek, Race Week, July 4th)$700/week

$65 Cleaning fee, and $250 security deposit NOT included. (Security 
deposit is refundable after housekeeping and inventory inspection.)
Long term available with discounted rates.
