with built-in VCR & DVD players. Completely refurnished in 2005

$500 security deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the  
reservation.  The security deposit, less any damage charges, will be  
refunded within 15 days after departure.  The total balance of the  
rental fee, cleaning fee and Key deposit are due 30 days prior to  
arrival.  If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival  
entire balance, including all deposits are due immediately. 
 
Refundable key deposit: $ 100 (Complex Gate access, Garage Opener,  
Fitness Center access card & House keys)
