Vacation Rental Rates

Starting April 1st, Discount rate: $5000 per week, min 3/ nt stay ($900/nt) 
High Season: May-Sep. & Holdays: $6000/wk, min.3/ nt stay,($900/nt) Montly rate does not apply 
Off Season: inquire about Monthly rate if available 
50% Deposit to reserve, Balance due 2 wks prior, 
$2000 security deposit refunded upon departure review. 
$150 cleaning fee 
Cancellation requires 30 day notice for full refund, prorated thereafter
