Two bedroom, 1 bath home situated on Lake Placid. Lake Placid is a 3,300+/- acre fresh water lake
with a sand bottom. Great fishing, boating, jet-skiing, water skiing or just relaxing and enjoying
the beautiful sunsets from the large screened porch.

Public boat ramp close by and the house is only 5 minutes from downtown Lake Placid or 12 miles from
Sebring.

Furnished with two double beds and a set of twin-size bunk beds. Large screened porch. cable t.v.,
DVD,VCR, microwave, gas grill, refrigerator with ice maker, water softner system, stove/oven,central a/c & heat, ceiling
fans, washer, dryer, covered dock . Linens are provided for the winter guests.

You will need to bring your linens and towels.

Boating, fishing, water skiing, jet-skiing, swimming, tubing, or you can just sit on the large
screened porch and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or the quiet still mornings. Golfing is close by
and there are many restaurants to choose from. Don't forget the caladium festival in August
and the beautiful murals painted all along downtown businesses.

Shopping is available in Sebring at Lakeside Mall.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**  If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited unless the house can be rented for the time you reserved.  If the time you reserved is a holiday week or weekend your deposit will not be returned.

Rates are $650.00 per week in the summer (May to September)and $750.00 per week in the off season.

Monthly rates are $1200.00 during the winter months (October to April).  Inquire for monthly rates for summer months.

Winter rates do not include power, cable, or phone/internet .  Those rates are separate.

**Holiday rates (3 night, 4 day)- $100.00 per night

***Deposit of $300.00 (refundable upon inspection after check-out) We trust our guests to leave the cottage clean for the next guest. If not, there will be a $75 cleaning fee.

Check in at 3 p.m. and check-out 12 noon.
