This well kept three bedroom/2 bath home has a large screen
porch, child friendly fence and deck for
enjoying the open water view. There is a covered grill and sitting
area.  The backyard is very private.
Comfortable Bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins
Our deck by the yard has mooring accommodations and is connected to
a 380 foot dock for great fishing. There is a public boat ramp on Highway 300 
nearby.
  We are only minutes from 2 golf coarses and Veteran's State Park.

$65 cleaning fee
30% deposit is required at booking and non-refundable within 30 days
of arrival. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
