Vacation Rental Description

This well kept three bedroom/2 bath home has a large screen 
porch, child friendly fence and deck for  
enjoying the open water view. There is a covered grill and sitting 
area.    
Comfortable Bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins
There are two single person kayaks provided for your pleasure.
You can ski in front of house.
Our deck by the yard has mooring accommodations and is connected to 
a 380 foot dock for great fishing. There is a public boat ramp less 
than a mile away.
We are located on the south end of the lake. The lot is 75 feet on 
water and the fence provides privacy.

month special rental rates.

Vacation Rental Rates

January1 thru Dec 31: $150/day (2night minimum)
                       $800/wk for 4 ; $50 each additional person $1800 month
Dec - Feb ask about special rates for 2 or more months
Thanksgiving week 4 night minimum
$60 cleaning fee
30% deposit is required at booking and non-refundable within 30 days 
of arrival. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Holiday weeks 3 day minimum
