This wonderful studio condo has a well-equipped kitchen and living
area, 2 twin beds which can be made into a king, dining areas inside
and out on the deck overlooking the spectacular Antigua Yacht Club
and Marina. It has 110v electric and a bath with shower. It is also
10 minutes walking distance to gorgeous Pigeon Point Beach. It has a
lovely sofa which can be made into a third comfortable bed.

Condo has free wifi provided.


Rates include all taxes, maid service 2ce/week, and linens.

English Harbour is famous for its many amenities, including
Historic Nelson's Dockyard with its beautiful yachts, tall ships,
museums, beaches, hotels, restaurants, souvenirs, post office, banks;
all in walking distance of the condo. Temo's Squash and Tennis club
is 2 doors away, with a dive operation just at the corner. Antigua
has over 300 white sand beaches- all public, welcoming and beautiful-
since no private ownership of the beaches is allowed.

There is great snorkeling and swimming at Pigeon Beach, boating and
fishing, tennis, scuba diving and great food and nightlife at the
local restaurants. There are casinos throughout the island and a
wonderful twice-weekly bbq and live steel drums and reggae party at
the Shirley Heights lookout just minutes from the condo.

Amazing spot with rental with great owner

Right from the first email with the owner we knew we were in good hands.We were a bit worried about making a payment with money transfer, but Orlene was nothing short of professional. She made sure to send us all kinds of tourist information and more to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We didn't need to worry about anything. From the moment we found the place to arriving we had 3 days and everything was taken care of in that time thanks to Orlene and her wonderful staff. Once arriving we were simply blown away by the surroundings. We knew it was a beautiful harbor but this view was absolutely spectacular as we were overlooking the harbor full of multimillion dollar yachts with the backdrop of turquoise waters and picturesque mountains. The apartment has everything you may need. We came with our two little kids (2,5 and 4,5) and it was a perfect space for us. The two beds put together made for a comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed our meals on the spacious balcony. The owner was a bit worried about the balcony with the kids, but as long as you pay attention to your kids you're ok. You could also bring a tennis net with you and put it up. Totally worth the view and the location since you're located on the second floor. The cleaning lady who was such a sweetheart came by twice a week and the place was spotless. Everything is located so close within walking distance. We also rented a car for 24 hours but used it over two days (which was perfect) and we did some sight seeing across the island. What a beautiful island. We never felt unsafe. We loved the local experience as opposed to an all inclusive where you learn nothing of the island and the local people. We met some great people at the beach (5 minutes away walking), local restaurant owners (some great ones), enjoyed the sunsets. It was such a great adventure and the apartment was just the perfect base for our family. The breeze each evening was absolutely perfect and we never felt like we needed air conditioning. Make sure you bring something for mosquitoes though. I would really recommend this apartment to any body. However, if you're not an adventurous type and you're looking for luxuries then you should look elsewhere. Great Location & well equipped

Perfect location between beach, markets, restaurants....walk to everything you need. Huge bathroom, efficient Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook meals, and the porch with large french doors gave plenty of natural light, refreshing breezes and gorgous sunsets. I huge ceiling fan over the beds kept me cool and cozy....never missed the AC, even when it rained. This is on the 2nd floor on a small hill, so the views were great, and there was always a nice breeze flowing through the place. Not a fancy spot by any means, but it suited my every need! I'm going back a 3rd time.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
