Welcome to beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina! The resort
is centrally located on the island between Port Royal Plantation and Palmetto Dunes, just off of
Folly Field Road. From golfing to shopping to sailing or just relaxing on the beach, there is so
much to see and do on the island. And don't forget the 170 restaurants offering any possible
cuisine you may desire.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has all the amenities of a five-star resort and everything you'll need
or want to make your vacation a very enjoyable and memorable time.
One of the things HHB&T is most known for is the olympic size pool. It is directly on the ocean and
is truly the nicest and largest on the island. Within the main pool's gate is a kid's pool making it
convenient for parents with multiple aged children to keep a close eye on the entire family. In
addition, Admirals Row guests have their own private pool that is quieter and more adult oriented.
If you don't want to leave the resort you really don't have to. King's Wharf Restaurant serves
dinner nightly and there is also a sports bar that serves lighter fare. In season there is a
poolside bar & grill offering your favorite beverages and a lunch menu (burgers, chicken tenders,
etc.). Most days in season a band will be playing poolside. A convenience store is also located on
site offering snacks, beverages, sunscreen, souveniers, etc.
For the tennis lovers there are ten lighted tennis courts and a pro shop. A fitness center and video
game room are adjacent to the tennis pro shop. A picnic area with tables and grills is located just
a short walk from our condo.
HHB&T is truly "kid friendly". A kids program is offered Memorial Day thru Labor Day with supervised
events such as arts & crafts, games, contests and field trips. A children's playground is also on
site. Bike rentals are offered at the resort. There are over 40 miles of bike trails on the island.
And lastly, one of the most important things HHB&T offers is 24 hour security. They do a great job
of patrolling the grounds around the clock and checking passes at the security gate.
Now let's talk about our condo. Many of the on-site staff members have told us our condo ranks as
one of the top three units within the resort. We love it and we're sure you will too. It is located
in Admirals Row, Building A, 3rd floor. For two bedroom units, its location is certainly one of the
most desired. The view of the ocean you see in the pictures is the actual view from our balcony. The
view extends miles down the beach. The two bedrooms each contain a queen size bed and there are two
bathrooms. The sofa is suitable for sleeping also. Stepping out on the large balcony is breathtaking
and exhilerating. You are close enough to not only see but also hear and feel the ocean. We are on
the north side of the building which means you get the sunrise in the morning and the shade in the
afternoon which allows you to sit outside and relax for hours.
Our unit was totally renovated in August of 2007 with a classy but casual Pottery Barn design
including all new furniture, kitchen appliances, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, and plasma TV. We
offer free internet access. The laundry room and elevator are just a few steps away.

Advance deposit required is $250.00 with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
A $150.00 security deposit is required via check. Check will be returned upon post checkout
inspection.
No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds for early departures.
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00
cancellation fee.
