Vacation Rental Description

The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is 150  
yards from Madeira`s finest white sand beach. Watch the dolphins or  
fish from one of three fishing decks and you must experience those  
spectacular sunsets on the beach.  
 
The Club is situated amidst tropical gardens with Club House and  
boasts gym, jacuzzi, sauna, showers, billiards room, two heated  
outdoor pools sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and benches and with  
an outside picnic area overlooking the marina. Close to  
restaurants,  grocery stores, two large gambling ships and  
watersport activities at the famous John`s Pass.  
 
Our 3 bedroomed condo is beautifully refurbished and redecorated  
(1240 sq ft).  Huge master bedroom, with en-suite  
bathroom/shower.Second bedroom with Queen sized bed. Third bedroom  
with double and twin bed, with adjoining second bathroom/shower. New  
kitchen with open plan dining room and lounge area with views over  
the marina. 
 
Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens amusement park is only  
30 minutes away. Disney, Seaworld, Universal and all Orlando  
attractions 90 minutes away. 
 
This fully equipped condo unit offers magnificent views of the Boca  
Ciega Bay with boat slip and hoist. This is an exceptional condo  
unit ideal for your Florida 'laid-back' vacation.
